Site in hot niche, made $900 last month

Hey guys, Peter here and I am looking to sell my baby. It is a site in a very hot affiliate niche, has top 5 rankings for terms totaling hundreds of thousands in EXACT searches per month. Last month the site brought in over $900, this month it has made $360, and it has made a total of $1,600 since its inception (last 4-5 months or so).

The site has 50 posts on it, all 100% unique written by me, all are indexed.

I use Get Clicky for analytics and will send screenshots of traffic and earnings upon request.
