    what kind of site should I do for this?

    All ideas are welcome and I will hire someone to complete the job if I like the idea.

    lol obviously... bring on the riaa and dmca disputes tho.. unless you go paid and give a comission back. Similar to internet radio, itunes, etc...

    A website for unsigned bands to upload and showcase their music. Put in your TOS that you will own the copyright when uploaded, I'd check you can do that first though.
