Site home page not indexing

hxxp://www.nodahej.com is not indexed in google but hxxp://www.nodahej.com/index.php any reason why this is a happening. Site is very old

 

It is indexed already. It has page rank(PR) of 2. Check it first.

Site is indexed but without www. Need to update sitemap and resubmit it. Put some content in the home page and resubmit sitemaps.

 

Add to Google Wemaster tools the www.example.com and example.com, then set the preferred site to www.example.com

Then set in the header of www.example.com/index.php, www.example.com/ and www.example.com the following code
