Site hijacked by Baidu?

I think one of our sites was hijacked, but I am not sure if that's the case. It is a small site with a few pages only, but if you type in
    "site:ramps-ramps-ramps.com"
in Google you'll find almost 400 pages indexed, most of them in Chinese. Those pages don't exist on the server. If you look at those subdomains, you'll notice that all of them contain "baidu" and the "cashe" redirects to a Baidu search page.
Any tips from you guys? I'll definitely let Google know, but how do I fix that? I am sure we are losing PR and may be penalized by G.

We are hosted on a Windows sever; we have not installed anything lately...
