Site having more than 3 lakhs link??

    During the site internal linking, I found the site would have more than 3 lakhs links (internal) connected from 5 footer links. Could this be problem in term of search engine indexing or any other issues?

    It could not be problem in term of search engine indexing. They are internal links!

    If the problem is certainly a good quality backlink is a backlink from blogs or websites that have high page rank.

    Yes they are all internal links connecting different pages of the same site.
