Selling Site having great potential

The plan was to make it big and earn from adsense. A lot of sites on filppa related to phlebotomy have been sold for huge amount as these sites earn good money through adsense. My site was started 4 month ago and I wanted to do SEO but due to my exams I feel I would not be able to promote it. With little promotion and add content, the site may turn into money making machine. On my site, there are 10 absolute unique articles that was enough to take it off the ground. I have spent $30 on articles, $12 on domain and some on hosting plus my efforts. There is no traffic and revenue claimed as I haven't got time to promote it yet.
