    Site has been banned by Google,Shall I use A new domain with the old site,or use a new domain to start a totally new site?

    Please advise,thank you very much.

    i would say start all over again, or you might get banned again.

    I would suggest you to mark a mail to google and request them to reinstate with mentioning a proper reason.

    If you don't get any revert then try to another domain.

    I think firstly send mail to google and request them to why are you site banned plz give a proper reason.
