Site got deindexed in Google while indexed in other engines

Hi all, have this very interesting question.

There been a this WH site, registered in 2004 and was doing okay with visitors and traffic for couple years untouched but I just found out it is not even indexed in Google anymore. Still in yahoo/msn. There are around 50-60 pages and around 50 links pointing to it.

The content seems to be copied by somebody and placed across other web 2.0 sites, but shall it lead to de-indexing from Google?

And what to do to get it indexed back? It used to be also PR3 domain etc.

Funny observation: many link partners have removed links or their sites died, maybe this static development and regression with links took some role too?

Any ideas, similar experiences, workaround suggestions would be welcome.

    S.

Google will filter out your site if it thinks that your content is copied from someone else. If someone has copied your content you can contact google and file a DMCA request. Here's a link.
