Site goes down frequantly, http not working

my site goes down while the server is up and comes back automatically after some time.

Dns is also working
http://www.intodns.com/rsload.info

only the http service goes down, rest ftp and ssh have no problem at all.

what could be the reason any one ca tell

You can find the reason for the http logs.
Go check them and if not able to find something, get the help of some experienced server admins

 

Is it down if you try to access it via the IP (rather than the URL) ?

if you have assigned dedicated ip to the site and it shows up default site page, then you should allow 24hrs for the ip to propagate. after one day you will see the site loading up on typing ip address.

 

now my ip direct point to my website. when i m typing the ip on bar.

but still it get down frequantly.

I had check my hypervm the ram usage get high sometime, might this will be issue.

but all other services ssh and ftp working fine.

 

Somehow your http service is crashed. If you are using Apache there has to be Apache error logs for this random crash. Without error logs, it is difficult to find root cause and possible fix.

 

i m using hypervm/lxadmin where to find apache logs there.
