I need a script or something with a control panel in order to have a site that is mainly just for putting news online for distribution/download. Need to have a Subject Line or something so when the file is uploaded it places it so people can see what it is. Want them to also maybe be able to view it online. If you have a script or an example PM me with a price for it. Nothing extreme or drastic just something that works decent.
