    Please take a look at this site and make any suggestions. It will be geared to the blind, deaf-blind and vision impaired as a us business directory of service to the blind: Is it w3c acceptable?

    It's a directory of services to the blind. Blind people use text to voice to hear whats on the screen. The layout is simple because of this. But how do deaf-blind people use it?

    This is the directory with PR 0 and no one can submit their website inside him. YOu should have to share that website on social websites as well as niche related or SEO based forum to generate the traffic on him rapidly. Or much difficult option is that to rank him on Google by doing his quality SEO or Li8nk building.
