    .. $5000 BIN? What is it you see so valuable in this site? It looks like something my cat chucked up. Try including more info like traffic, ranking keywords, where the domain is registered, etc.

    I don't find any valuable thing in domain i.e no good keyword is include in domain"instant" "skills" both are not good keywords in my opinion.
    However if you have some valuable traffic and got keyword from search engine then please Post here proof of this as well as hosting and domain registration details.
