Do you have a demo for the content? Have you personally ran into legal issues or are you just assuming there would be legal issues? More info please. Thanks, James
I would guess that lexmark would not allow someone to use their business name as a domian. Hate to burst your bubble or ruin your chances of selling this site. But from dealing with Lexmark in business projects in the past I would guess the legal issues consist of transfering ownership of said domain to them.
