Why I am selling:
The site I have for sale today is my newest project. It is built on a highly customized Wordpress theme. I have no time to work on this project and need to raise some quick funds to continue the development of my older projects.

About The Site:
The site has been thoroughly optimized for the search engines and is in an extremely lucrative niche. The keywords that the site has been optimized for receive over 1000 searches per day and have very low competition levels. With how optimized the site is it should begin to rank in the search engines naturally with no more work from you, however with some backlinking it should rank extremely fast.

The articles on the site are 100% unique and the purchaser of the site will have full and exclusive ownership of the articles. The blog section of the site is autoupdating and Google is pinged each time the site updates making sure the spiders crawl the site almost every day.
