    I bought this site about a week ago. Throw up cpalead and increased the earnings.

    Earnings are not stable. Some days it will get a couple of high paying cpalead leads (cell phone submit).

    Since I put up cpalead:

    12/12/09 - $44.74
    12/13/09 - $5.92
    12/14/09 - $16.40
    12/15/09 - $32.52
    12/16/09 - $32.96
    12/17/09 - $4.56
    12/18/09 - $50.15
    12/19/09 - $38.71
    12/20/09 - $2.96 (so far today)

    Most of the traffic has been coming from search engines lately. Haven't bought any advertisement.

    Who owns the layouts? Did you get the copyright to them too? Or are they randomly collected from the net?

    Also I know this is a cliche, but why are you selling the site? Seems like you just have to sit and earn..

    Is the site a basic HTML site? How did you add the CPA Lead gateway to all the pages? Did you do it manually or used some template?

    I never placed the google analytics tracking code on this site.

    No maintence required. I'm really not sure which script it uses, i'm pretty sure it mostly php includes.

    I'm selling to invest into another site.
