Site Earning $4,500+ per month

If you're accepting payment plans... $5,000 up front and $3000 a month. $30,000 total. Do you have any additional proof of revenue?

you said the site has been up for 6 months but 4mysql.com domain was registered on december 3rd, 2006. whats that mean?

As itsjinx pointed out sites only 2 months old.
So you were just kidding when you said site makes 10,000 per year correct?

 

The site is 6 months old. We have had people buying from us since October 2006.

The site was registered through registerfly.com - but if you look at registerflies.com you will see that any info from registerfly.com is questionable at best.

I never said the site makes $10,000 per year, however. I have shown proof that the site has earned $9000+ since the first of the year. My rep speaks for itself.

But let's assume that the site is 2 months old. Then I must be a genius - because in just two months the site reached a PR of 4 and has brought in $9,000!

I will have an ebook coming out shortly that will tell everyone how I pulled this off. The book will be just $10 and will be entitled "Things I've Learned From Forum Members With An iTrader of 1 or Less!"

 

what is you relation with 4databases.net? it looks almost identical to your site.. also, the alexa link below shows how right when traffic from 4databases.net stops, 4mysql traffic begins....

and what is the 'The 4 Network' that you are assiciated with? it seems there are quite a few sites in your network:

and on 4database.net you say "Every Database Purchased From This Web Site Includes Reseller Rights!"

that kind of makes it tough to sell reseller licenses on 4mysql.com doesnt it?? something isn't right here... anybodys thoughts?

 

4databases.net was our first web site - and is now defunct. We moved everything to 4mysql.com, which we thought was a very cool name

You cannot buy anything from 4databases.net - because like I said - the site is defunct. Defunct means that the site is no longer being used. "No longer being used" means that you will waste your time trying to buy anything there.

We have already agreed to sign an agreement with a non-compete.

 

if the site is defunct then could you offer it with the sale of 4mysql.com? that would make sense to me if you are not using it....

But I have no problem adding 4databases.net to the sale. It makes no money whatsoever - and I can prove that!

 

how many people are in your company running this site? is it just you? and if you dont mind me asking. why would you want to sell this if your making 4,500 a month? i mean thats 4,500 for a good long time and whats wrong with 4,500 a month

 

It is family run. Nothing is wrong with $4,500, but it is not our main source of income. We are selling because this isn't what we want to do and I am ready to move on to new projects.

 

Of course you can buy the web site and hire someone to run it. But if you are not interested in buying the web site - don't post - it makes you look bad.

 

I've wondered this too, but just because it might make "business sense", doesn't mean he's a scammer. Plus, you know, there is a lot of work and stress involved in hiring someone

 

Not to mention health insurance, business insurance, vacation pay, and extra bookkeeping.
