Site Earning $3k a Month

I have 2 sites earning 3k a month.

Majority of it is from firefox referrals. Rest is adsense, adbrite, and paypopup.

ONly one of the sites uses paypopup.

I spend $0 on advertising.

The sites rank #1 in search engines for number of terms, and gets about 180,000 uniques a month from Google Alone.

It is a movie site.

What would anyone be willing to pay for this site? And is there anyone that is willing to buy?

Please don't post asking for details as I am not sending them. I just want to see what the general level of interest for a site like this would be.

The reason I am selling is because I want to work on my ebook at http://www.imgmoney.com a bit more.

it all comes down to the stability of your earnings and the track record of your site. unless a person is able to evaluate these factors every estimate on how much folks are willing to pay for your sites are going to be very shaky.

 

Those 2 sites together combined would be worth about $75,000 if you sold them together if they average $3,000 a month.

It may take you a long time to sell them for that much. If you want a fast sale you could probably get $5,000 real fast for them. I would say that $25,000 would be a good price and would make you and the buyer happy.

Of course showing proof of income is a must if you want to sell them.

 

I dont have a problem showing proof of income, I am not yet sending out details to anyone. If anyone is really interested YOU CAN PM ME WHAT YOU WOULD LIEK TO PAY, AND HOW. Than we I can show you proof. I am not sending details to everyone.

I will say this, that earnings have gone up.

They are not 2 sites earning 3k each. But both of them earning 3k collectively.

 

I actually have some unique contacts within the firefox community and am very interested in any site that makes good revenue via referrals so if you are serious about selling send me the following details:

1. url
2. Average # of unique's per month for at least the last 3 months
3. Conversion rate (just for the firefox referrals)
4. Any current form's of paid advertising or link building

 

1) Not going to give out the url just yet
2) Uniques: GooGle Tracks it at about 20,000 a day but awstats says 30k a day.
3) V.low (1 out of 3, sometimes less.)
4) No Paid advertising.

Well If I am interested I would like to know source of traffic and some niche keywords that are ranked in SERP's.

2) Revenue has been going up in these 3 months.
3) I will not take 5 months revenue for a site generating this type of SE traffic.
4) 50% of it is from SE traffic remaining is direct and referrals.
