    I want to buy a site, with minimum PR 4, and the site should be earning more than $200 a month, and price should be between $300-$600.

    the factor is usually 6x-9x monthly revenue.. depending on the website.
    so it should be around $1.5k.

    Oh shoot..too late...I just sold a site doing $200-$220/month for $525. It was PR0 though, so not qualifying for you.
    I have a list of site I'm selling at around 3 month of revenue but there are all PR0, sorry.
    I also buy site at 3 months of revenue.
