    let people evaluate. See price is not according to revenue/profit always. Price always goes with the market expectations and future growth. If the formula is profit, Loss making units will be having 0 value.. but it does not happen.

    What? Must go to India to complete this purchase? That doesn't sound safe. Why not take payment online through Escrow.com or similar service? Please explain the reasons you are asking the buyer to arrange and pay for a "business trip" to India. I might go if you were earning thousands per day, and not just from Adsense, but from multiple revenue sources; on second thought, I don't think I would fly to another country just to buy a website. Due diligence can still be completed remotely and online.

    its safe for buyer than seller. The thing is that they can see here the admin panels, updation process, detailed stat, working strategy. and its not a blog.. its a well run website with staff..

    Rest if somebody wants to pay me without seeing anything.. that will be his choice.

    This is insane, I have to fork out a trip to India if I want more information ? what the .... some of us are experienced enough to have a look at the site and know the work involved, I'm not going to bloody India just to see you go "here's the site, here are the stats and here's my wife she is my staff"

    Oh well could be a good tax write off, will you supply accomodation for me, my Missus and my Dog ?
