Selling Site earning $1000/mo. #1 in Google. 285k UV's/mo. AUTOPILOT

I am selling my site www.imp4movies.com

Overview:

iMP4Movies has a custom wordpress theme that is fully custom designed and coded. The site ranks #1 - #3 in google for terms like:
- mp4 movies
- free mp4 movies
- download mp4movies

The site runs on fully autopilot, I haven't updated it in quite a while but it still remains on the top of the SE's and still continues to make a lot of money.

Traffic:

The site gets 8000-10000 UV's a day.

Revenue:

When I first bought the site, it was making roughly $200 a day from paypal subscriptions. However, PayPal soon said that I had to remove PayPal from the site. However this method could be brought back again by using a merchant account like Plimus.

Currently the site is making $1000 a month via a CPA Gateway. I use AdWorkMedia, the reason for lower earnings in some months is because I tried was trying out other networks.

I also used Plimus and promoted another movie site, which I would make commission on. However that movie site stopped a few months ago and I haven't really had the time to find a replacement. Plimus would add a few hundred to an extra thousand a month in revenue:

Expenses:

Currently the site is hosted on a VPS that costs $50 a month. That vps can be given to the new owner.
Apart from that, there is only the domain renewal fee. Which is 10 euros a year. However the domain is reg'd till 2013-04-25



Reason for selling:

I start university very soon and need money for living expenses and course fee's. I'm required to pay quite a lot of my course fee's upfront, so I need a large sum of cash pretty quick.

Payment Method:

I would like to use escrow for the payment, however PayPal MAY be an option.

 

Hi nice site could you pls inform us abt the maintaining the site as the content and etc also is it WP website on auto pilot?if not how is the backend user friendly

The website is running wordpress.

In terms of maintenance, I haven't really done anything to the site for quite a while and yet it still earns. The last post I made was in Nov 8th 2011.

However if the new owner was to reguarly update with movies which takes less then an hour a week. I'm sure more money could be made.

 

I am getting some sql error, let me know when you fix that, and I cant understand what for do you charge your customers

What error are you getting? The site is loading perfectly fine for me...

Also deriklogov, I don't have customers and I don't charge anything. My site is a movie site people can come to download mp4 movies. I have a CPA content blocker over the content so that they have to fill in a survey in order to get access tot he content.

 

Not sure what's up with the previous posters, but the site loaded fine for me!
If you don't mind me asking what content locker are you using for your site?

 

I use www.AdWorkMedia.com for my content blocker.

No one has bought it yet. I have one person who is interested in buying it at $10,000. So I will need a similar or higher offer then that. However his offer is not definite.
