Weekends normally earn more, and if you put a hot new movie on the site you will earn more. Otherwise it can just be autopilot more or less.

Yes, the site doesn't host any video itself. It's all linked.

The Survey's come from a company called CPALead.com The surveys of course vary by country but an example of a high converting US survey is something like "Which Twilight Character Are You?".
