    I have this informative site earning around $10 from adsense passively monthly from adsense. I am looking for a fast sale. Site has been earning consistently for around 10 month with a total revenue of $115.22.

    There's patience, then there's 20x revenue patience...

    Also consider the risk to the buyer of holding on to a property for nearly 2 years that earns based on SEO these days with all the Google craziness.

    Please could you post statistics that would support your claim? Your site looks nice, but when I check what I assume is your main key word "oreck vacuum" you aren't in the first 50 pages on Google and you are on page 3 for yahoo and bing.
