    Okay...

This is new for my site.

When I do a "site:domain.com" in Google, it returns with the main page of my site listed first...

    But it has:

    https://domain.com/ - 28k - Cached - Similar pages

In the green. If I do it for other sites, it just shows:

    domain.com/ - 30k - Cached - Similar pages

Why did google just decide to access my https server for my main page. It is not showing this on other domain.com page matches that return back.

Dont exactly know the reason, but obviously secure pages should be preffered over inserure ones. If you do not your sites https features or have no content on https, do a redirect from https main page to http main page, then google may index the http pages.

Well, my http was not redirected to https. But, what may have happened is that somewhere a link to the https existed and as such...

So, I setup a mod_rewrite (301 Redirect) to do fix this for all pages except those which require https.

    FUN. <rolling eyes>
