Hello. I have a dedicated computer at home for hosting purpose. It got a brand new Windows Server 2003 Installed on it. The only thing I use it for right now is to run Apache, hosting a few websites where none has any heavy traffic. My connection is 100 mbit, both upstream and downstream. Although, me and my visitors experience _extremely_ slow response sometimes. With this I mean it barely doesn't load. It takes a few minutes to load a page, but then, you just press the 'Reload' button and it loads in few seconds. I guess this must be bad configuration at Apache Server, but I have absolutely no idea what to change to solve this. I never notice any problem with internet while being on my laptop, so no, it's not a matter of my internet provider. I also recently re-installed Windows, so there's not any trash at all or additional unnecessary programs. Just Apache.. Thanks.
