Site doesn't function properly in IE but is fine in Firefox?

I just noticed that the site in my sig does not appear correctly in IE but because I use Firefox, where it is fine, I didn't notice it until now. Strangely no adsense appears when using IE and on another page the file download does not work.

The site is a Joomla based one so I'm not sure how good the html is in terms of compliance with IE.

Could someone check it on their IE and tell me if they see anyhting obvious in the code that could cause these problems. I am mostly concerned about the lack of adsense as I am clearly missing out on a bit of revenue.

I see the adsense in IE

 

the g ads (left side under where it says links) show fine for me in IE unless i disable java script.

 

strange, but its the opposite for me, ads won't show in FF and i allowed it, fine in IE

 

Thanks for the responses, glad to hear that some of you can see the google ads in IE, strange that I cannot even though i have java script enabled.

You put my mind at rest knowing that I am not wasting all of my incoming traffic with non-monetization of the page. But I would like to know what settings it is that I have that disables the ad.
