    That's crap basically, If you apply with a site that has unique and compelling content approval is extremely easy, I know many people who have been approved.
    Why would they "make every effort not to accept a site" that wouldn't make good business would it, just as if they accepted every crap third world site with the same old re-hashed garbled content...which most of them are.
