Is there a good Website Disclaimer Generator on the Internet that basically tells people who read content on sites that they do so at their own risk and that the site owner is not responsible for any actions they may take upon reading an article and also that the site owner is not responsible for any interaction with affliliate link interaction?

I would say build your business first. If it works, then form a company.

If you look at the history of google, they created the company only when they realised that they needed an entity to cash funding checks:

    Hope that helps.

it depends on what type of site you are running. Go through the disclaimers from other sites. you might get an idea. If you are serious about writing terms and disclaimer, get a lawyer to do that!
