one of my new websites was ranked on the first page of google for these specific keywords, now when I search for those same keywords I can't find my site anywhere.. I have looked 15+ pages deep and no where to be found. Anyone know what's up with this? it's a new site with thin content and use to be on the first page...

Really you think my site was banned from google? I did have someone submit my website to 3000 directories and after that is when I noticed my site was dropped. Could that be the reason? or possibly just very thin content that google caught on?

    Hi,
I think content is not a problem if it is relevant and keyword rich. The possible reasons could be your site has been submitted to irrelevant category and those directory sites may not have google rank. Now the sandbox effect has come to play.

You should be careful, go for quality link building rather than quantitative approach. As many times googlebot will crawl you site is better in this scenario. Submit your site to google regularly, go for do follow social bookmarking, forum discussion and e-zine submission will help.

That's pretty normal for a brand new website. It happens all the time in Google. All you have to do is keep updating the sites (publishing new original content) and build backlinks slowly for the first couple of weeks. Your site will be back stronger than ever, just be patient. SEO is a game to be played slowly :)

i was wondering if google webmaster tool could save up your time more? After installing, you could easily check which of your keyword indexed in google and in which page instead of browsing over 15 pages in google to search for your site :)
