Site disapeared off rankings

    My main site disapeared off rankings but internal links are still there

    My site went from Page 11 to page 1 in a week then all of a sudden it disapeared

    This is normal you must keep on building backlinks and your placement
    in the serps will stabilize over time.

    Yes just give it some time and keep up link building. The page will come back up even stronger than before
