I use Homesite and Photoshop. I also have Dreamweaver MX 2004 and I'm starting to like it but still, in 90% of times I use Homesite

I use TopStyle Pro to code my sites in XHTML/CSS and make use of Photoshop for all the graphic work.

I use DreamWeaver and Photoshop for most everything. I started off in Notepad (and WS_FTP for uploads) though when I first began since that was a free way to do it! I do have one job where I used to use Frontpage as their site was designed in it using ASP but I am working on switching it over currently.

Hand coding. The cleanest code gets ranked the best in Google.

I basically use dreamweaver as well as Frontpage (for simple html). But I think Dreamweaver really stands out in the crowd. For graphics I use Photoshop cs and fireworks.
