Site Design Required

    I am looking for someone who can create this seen in the image. This site is about cars from the 70's to the 90's they have purchased vBulletin so that will be theredomain.con/forum the site will be theredomain.con this is what we want you to do for us.

    You will se the home tab this will just link to theredomain.con
    Register = the forum registration site url
    Login = the forum login site url
    Forum = The forum url
    Car Review = This is where people can click on and a new page opens with all the car reviews they have done.
    Events = This will be a new page with a calendar so people can see what car show events are on.
    Videos = This is where they want youtube videos to go (new page)
    Photos = This will be a new page full of photos of cars
    Time and date = They want the time and date to be automatic and showing.

    You will notice on the left that there is a newsletter joining box this will need to be added then google adsense underneath

    In the middle they would like a photo of a car which can be movable i'e like a virtual thing where people click on the arror and it turns the image around so they can see front side back ect.

    Under that they want a box so they can add a review of the car in the photo

    then under that a box with the reviewed cars spec. when all this has been written it wants to also go in the Car review page as like an archive.

    On the right they want a youtube video placement and under that a box so they can add the featured car of the week from there cars for sale (marketplace) in the forum.

    An admin panel would be ideal for editing this front page.

    I can do this job. but before that i must know that whether the site needs to be static or dynamic? and what is your budget for this one? and about the admin panel, is it mandatory?
