its seriously horrible, design should be unique and of high quality, make sure it is different from the rest if you want best results.
- For the arrows, add border="0" on the image tag (so you don't have those thick blue borders around it. Resize the buttons so that they're a bit smaller) - The header: round off the corners and delete those extra specks of pixels near the lower area of the header
try getting a premade, semi professional layout. Those buttons look retro (in a bad sort of way) and your logo doesn't match the template or buttons.
i agree, it remind me of 1994 basic html Pages , if you cant think of anything better than that, they i suggest to visit some similar websites and get inspired..
