Buying Site Design and Development - From Scratch

    I want a site to be designed and developed from scratch. The site should look like imdb (imdb clone). I need the price and the no.of days needed to complete the work. Please if you are not expert or have no previous experience do not PM me. This is a big project. Please do not waste your time and my time. PM me only if you can do it perfectly.
