If you enter "ofear.com" in Google search (on #1), you'll see your exact meta description in Google description.
The same, if you enter "aerophobia" (your site on #18)

Google description may be different for different keywords entered in Google.
Even title of your link in Google may differ from your site's title for different search terms (I must correct myself here).

I didn't really find any rule about how your meta description would be shown in SERPs for all posible search terms.

    Try this:
    1. Add "phobia forum" as an exact phrase in your meta description.
    2. Go in your site's cpanel statistics and look which keywords people have entered when they have found you. Then you can add some of these keywords.
    3. If you enter "phobia" in http://tools.seobook.com/general/keyword/ you'll get related terms most often searched : social phobia, anxiety and phobia, phobia list, techno phobia etc. You can add them.

Yahoo (your site on #53 ) shows different description again)

    This text:
"Post here about any social phobia/anxiety topic"
is from the first category on your forum which have "phobia" in the title (Social Phobia/Anxiety). Some random near text was chosen from Google then.

Boron, what can I say. You have been so helpful. Thanks so much for all the information you have given in helping me get my forum noticed so to help people with phobias.

I will try the things you stated and let you know the results.

    Thanks so much.

It should be named awstats or so. Just go through your cpanel icons.

You can also add your site in Google webmaster tools, keywords which brought people to you will be shown.

BTW, don't spend a day to find out that meta description thing. Google will show in description something you have in content. Meta description words will be shown in Goole description only if you have those words visible on the page also. So, if you'll add phobia forum in meta descr. , be sure to have this phrase on the home page also. That one from the header is within the image, and will not do the trick; it must be text.

I cant get any stats because it comes up with this:

There are no domains which have webalizer stats to display.

Maybe because my domain is not registered with my host?

I changed the name of the first forum to Welcome to Ofear Phobia Forum instead of just welcome, hopefully that will do the trick.

    Thanks

No, this is not the case.

    Try awstats.

Then try in Google webmaster tools.

Your stats should work. You can contact hosting provider.
