So, is that banned because of duplicated content or because of automated content ? Probably I should make some kind of vote to find out different opinions =)

duplicated content won't get you banned from Google, the only thing it does it's not rank your pages/keywords. Your site was reported or the use of a scraper script.

I do not agree with that. I had a site with fully duplicate content and it not just wasn't ranking for any keyword - it was completely removed from the SERPs. This must be the reason for this site being banned too. Automated content should not be the reason, because Google can not determinate if it's automatically posted or not (why not outrank Digg or Stumbleupon for example, they update every 10 seconds or so?).

For all of you who claim duplicate content get your site banned from google, then why thousands of article directories with thousands of pages are constantly indexed? Also, don't forget about the wikipedia and dmoz clones, hundreds and thousands of them are indexed every day. I can keep on giving examples all day. The point is duplicate content does not get a site banned from google, in a earlier post I gave a example that the OP's site was banned for being spammed, and most likely someone reported the site.

What do you mean by this website spammed? Scraping the scraped content from it?

mrgee if you look at this search: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="www.cliparound.com"&btnG=Search
There is over 700,000 links pointing to the OP's 5 month old automated site (not trying to "rat" anyone out, but explaining) it look like those links were spammed.
