I just finished this site. I did most of the design but I had a php developer do all the interactivity of uploading videos and what not. I don't know alot about what he did. I was really hoping that you guys could check it out and give me some feed back that I could use to improve the site. I really think your menu is kinda cool, but it could easily get mistaken for just an image and not really a menu (if the user didn't roll over it).
The site needs to have a clearer template! There is not much structure to the page. I also dont like black-background websites! Makes them difficult to read! Try making the site a bit cleaner and strutured. If you need a web designer, contact me for a price!
