    SITE CREATION
    ---------------

    What I will do

    * Register a Domain or use your already existing domain
    * Host it under my server(You can change it to your if you need to)
    * Decide upon a neat niche
    * Go for a neat blog/cms/other installation
    * Put in a decent looking template + banner
    * Put in some content
    * Add some really useful plugins
    * Get your sites indexed
    * Promote your sites and get them indexed so that they may do fairly well in SE's

    So heres the deal.

    I provide you with a deadly combination of niche + content + site + initial promotion and you dont have to waste a single second for this except hitting your paypal button to pay me.

    Im not really guaranteeing millions here as that would be impossible to do.
    Im just telling you that I will make you a neat little site which will be great for you to market or monetize on.

    Here's what I've got

    Package 1 - Mini:

    A nice little site punched in with over 10 content rich articles and minimalistic backlink or off site promotion
    BONUS: 3 months hosting free
    My Price : 200$

    Package 2 -

    Site punched in with over 20 content rich articles and decent amount of exposure and promotion.
    BONUS: 3 months hosting free
    My Price: 300$

    Package 3 -

    Site + 30 content rich articles + Article Marketing + Promotion and off site SEO which would be just about uber.
    BONUS: 3 months free hosting and links on some of my PR WP Blogs
    My Price: 450$

    Package 4 -

    Site + 50 content rich articles + Article Marketing + Off site promotion that you could boast about.
    This is the REAL devil of a package
    BONUS: 3 months free hosting + Blog Links + Deep Links + MORE!
    My Price: 600$

    The difference between package 1 and 4 is just the offsite SEO and content which make the DIFFERENCE.

    Details I will need from the client-

    Domain: Whether he owns a domain or we have to register one for him and if he owns a domain already, then its URL

    Niche: What kind of Niche Would he like his sites to be in

    could you do the same work on a wordpress blog or something similar to it in functionality? I would really like to hear your ideas.
