Hello, As of several days ago, my blog completely disappeared from Google – i.e., site:url.com returns absolutely nothing. Prior to this incident, the blog was crawled on the daily basis. I have not made any changes to the blog, except my usual daily posts. So I logged in into Webmaster Tools and I see the following: “Googlebot last successfully accessed your home page on Jan 15, 2007. No pages from your site are currently included in Google's index. Indexing can take time.†All other stats are still there. Is this a glitch on Google’s side or a penalty for something? Thank you for your help. -Rennix
That would be nice, but I could not find how. Could you please tell me how to contact them? I have checked Help section, but I didn't see an email address. Thank you, Rennix
I had the same thing happen a few days ago. One of my sites just disappeared. Even the backlinks went to zero. I guess I'm luckier in that the site is a few months old and wasn't getting a great deal of traffic, so I was going to wait it out to see if it'll come back. Try using a sitemap if you haven't already and see if that helps. Other than that, I guess the only thing you can do (unless you're mates with someone at google) is file a reinclusion request at http://www.google.com/support/bin/request.py . Good luck!
I think that these things usually resolve themselves. I would give it 2-3 weeks before thinking that its a real problem.
are you sure you havent' violated some guidelines? you can get banned for very small things these days.. worst thing is you won't even know what was the reason..
