site: Command, something new?

I just typed in a site command for my website and included a term after the domain "site:directory.proud-collector.com Mesothelioma". The results came up with a section at the top I never saw before.

It said, "Refine results for site:directory.proud-collector.com Mesothelioma:" and gave me eight choices. I picked "Alternative medicine" and the search phrase became: site:directory.proud-collector.com Mesothelioma more:alternative_medicine

I haven't seen it before, is this new?

That's nothing to so with the site command but with the meso word. That and other popular phrases have been human reviewed and these refinement suggestions come up.

    Same with words like cancer.
