i had just visited my site www.mydiddle.com and i was using the free service from www.hyperwebenable.com and i got the error message The website you are trying to view is currently experiencing difficulties, please try again later. and hyperwebenable.com is also giving the same error now.. the mail of hyperwebenable is info@hy.... but.. now how do i contact them?? Please tell.. its urgent and is anyone other using its service??
I don't use the service, but based on what happens when you visit their domain, I would say they are down for the count. I wouldn't plan on being able to contact them unless you have a phone number. Was this a free service?
If they claim they are "New generation service" this is not necessarily have to be true. They might just want to get a bit of your traffic.
I use the same service. One more contact mail id is , i got it from whois register. I too use the same service. At that time, the server was being shifted to a dedicated one, so there was a problem in our sites.
