Site Clearance -- Some PR, Good Values

We operate a network of holiday sites and somewhere along the line we figured we should and would have time to operate non-holiday sites as a means of stabilizing our year round traffic and revenue.

We were wrong. Our holiday sites require our year round care and we just don't have time for these sites. These are good sites, nice domains, with potential. We just haven't been able to find the time to develop them to their potential and our holiday projects just demand too much for us to realistically pursue these. Each has a different story and each will sell for a different price. All domains are registered at GoDaddy, unless otherwise noted, and payment is via PayPal only. We'll give you plenty of time to get these off our servers:

    FiveBuckClipart.com -- PR2, 400-700 uniques a month
This site sells a resale package of basic web clip art using paypal and instant downloads. It's nothing fancy and we've done little to promote it. It makes about $30-$50 per month at this traffic level but could do a lot more. This site is for sale for $120.

    RankQuote.com -- PR2, 400-700 uniques a month
This is just a rank checking site. I bought the script right here on DP for about $20 and it has grown completely on its own. Again, nothing special to look at, a little adsense revenue, making about $5 a month. This site is for sale at $50.

    WebSeek.us -- PR1, 200 uniques a month
This is a general directory running phpld. I've only had this site for a few months. The guy who had it was desperate for cash and I picked it up. I just don't have the time for it. $25.

    PixGuy.com -- PR1, little current traffic
This is a photo hosting site running a commercial script by ktools.net. It pains me to give up this site because of my lifelong history with photography. I had big plans. The script is called Photo Host and it sells for $295 new. We ran it for about a year, promoted it a little, had it up to PR3 at one point and even had to move it to a new server due to resources being used (we had it on a shared server to start). We moved it and forgot about it. The script has never been configured right for this server but the license is still valid and it would make a great site in the hands of the right person. The license is transferrable. Revenue at its peak was minimal but the potential is there. Sacrificing this site for half the cost of the script, $150.

    FileZipper.net -- PR3, 400+ uniques a month
Online file zipping script that lets you upload data, zip it and email a download link to another party. Very good organic traffic due to the site name. The script is presently broken but I'm told they have a fix for it. I spent $35 for the script and will sell this site with the great domain for $60.

    Idolopia.com -- PR2 - 500-1000 uniques per month, more during the season
This is an American Idol blog that we had some fun with this season. It includes post-padding through RSS feeds from other Idol sites and it has a strong domain that we think will continue to grow. We had planned to eventually add a forum to the site. Good adsense return on a site like this. Running Wordpress, so there was no script cost associated with this site. $50.

If you want to package two or more of these sites together, yeah, I'll deal. PM me an offer.

    Jeff

    Just to Update:

    RankQuote.com sold at BIN
    WebSeek.us sold at BIN

Received offers for FiveBuckClipart.com and Idolopia.com at BIN, but still awaiting payment.

I have had offers for FileZipper.net and PixGuy.com but have rejected those and they remain available at this time.

    Thanks for the PMs.

No, we just advertised it via our own network, on some webmaster forums, etc. I won't show any stats publicly and because I have an offer at BIN that was given in the dead of night, I won't show them at all until I know the disposition of that transaction, which I have agreed to.

thanks for all the PMs. I'm giving the original claimant for fivebuckclipart.com and idolopia.com time to respond, if that falls through I'll contact the others who expressed interested in the order in which they were received. Pixguy.com and FileZipper.net remain available.
