My site is called CrackCodeKing*com and the ebook I am going to sell on there is called The Google Crack Code. Is that a legal issue?

I put a disclaimer on the home page at the bottom. Most of the copy is on the page but the links are not live yet.

Here is a copy of the disclaimer I plan to use:

Google is a registered trademark of Google Inc., a Delaware corporation. Crackcodeking.com is not affiliated with Google Inc. in any way, nor does Google Inc. sponsor or approve any Crackcodeking.com product. Google Inc. expresses no opinion as to the correctness of any of the statements made by Crackcodeking.com in the materials on this webpage.

    Please advise

    Thanks in Advance

I wouldn't mess with The Google. They control your Adsense, Adwords, Gmail, and Google search engine listings.

A disclaimer will not help if Google acts against you. I don't see any reason to name it the Google Code Cracker so why not name it something else and avoid any potential problems?
