I can praise for sitebuld it anywhere anytime..I have used them once for my father's web site, when I was new to web designing, SEO etc..They rpovide an excellent support for any help you need. Just go for it. You site will always be having PR1 or 2.:) Good luck!

P.S. I have never used them for selling sites..I mean, I still not have sold the site made with them..but you can yourself guess the marketing value of a 2 year old established site with PR 1. You will be getting full value for your money.

Using SBI will not get your sites to PR1 & 2 automatically.

IMHO SBI is way overpriced and lacks flexibility. However, Ken Evoy(SBi's founder) wrote a few FREE guides. Those guides are highly recommended. If you follow through, you will make money without SBI.

I used SBI over 3 years ago now. There software was slow and there sites generaly looked the same from what I can remember. The customer support was excelent and since it wasnt a program that I felt I needed then I got a refund no problem. If you wanna try it give it a try and if it doesnt work out get your refund. Atleast you will know then what its all about first hand.

Thanks for all of the excellent input guys.
If anyone else has used SBI, could you please provide some examples of your website, and how you are doing monetary-wise?
    Thanks guys,

I sold off both sites that I created with SBI, my top site was making $200/day with no expenses before I sold it for some pretty good money
