Wordpress is free and formats everything perfectly. The only thing I really would be interested is in the keyworld valuation...I calculate it myself, but it takes a little time. I do like to read the stories though, always inspiring.
I was just looking into this but I can't read their forum on the link. I have been hearing 50/50 on them as far as do/dont sign up for them.
It's certainly worked well for me, but I have no basis for comparison since I haven't yet experimented with any other type of seo.
