Site Bug Tracking Software

    What are some bug tracking software that are tried and tested?
    I have read over the Wiki page which is available but unfortunately its difficult to gauge how good or even how popular each individual bug tracking software is.

    This is for a reasonably large application, so feature rich is neccessary.
    Something like Trac is what I am looking for. I haven't used Trac as a developer, but I have used it as a contributor. If no one can advise alternatives, I will go ahead and use Trac.

    I suggest you have a try with www.redmine.org, it's much like a lightweight Jira
