Site, Blog, AR Series, and List for Sale... Cheap

I started a website last summer and I just haven't had time to market it, despite putting lots of work into it. I just want to get it sold to someone who can finish it out and make some money. I'm selling everything, and will even help you transfer it to your servers.

According to Aweber I have 526 subscribers for this site and 69 unsubscribed with a grand total of 595.

Feel free to make me an offer, I really want to get rid of this site because it is a drain thinking about these subscribers sitting there with me not doing anything to make money, because i have no time.

Site made $20 in Nov, $53 in Oct, and $40 in Sep.

90 uniques in November, 392 uniques in October, and 287 uniques in September.

Does it come with the Aweber account?
What was your source of income for those months stated?

I'll sell the Aweber account along with the site and list for an additional $50. Otherwise I guess you will have to import the list.

My source of income was from Clickbank sales. You can see on the bottom of each lesson there is an affiliate link. There is so much more that could be done to market this site and list, I never sent out "blasts" to the list, only the Autoresponder series.

So, for example, a person could probably make a lot of the purchase price back by just setting up a natural health article with a well-placed CPA offer (or Adsense) and blast the list.
