    Well it is probably too new to make the index. I would not worry about it being banned yet. Get some good links to it.

    No its not.

    Google toolbar says PR is 0 and its white. If it was grey you would be banned.

    my site was banned for 3 months recently
    your sites not banned
    it shows three of the bulletpoints/lines when you search for the domain
    it would only show 2 if it was banned

    just get a few backlinks and you will soon see your site in googles index :)
