Site banned by Digg, anything I can do?

My new site www.hotcoding.com was just launched 2 weeks ago. I tried to submit to some of the articles to digg, in order to get some basic backlinks for my PR. I don't even know whether this way works or not for the PR. Unfortunately one of my post unexpectly went to Digg's homepage, and buried by others about one hour later. And today when I tried to submit an article to Digg, I got a message:url is on the banned submit list. So it seems my whole site is banned by Digg now. Anybody ever experienced this? And anything I can do on this?
For a new site, what should I do to build backlinks for my PR?

Don't use other people's website to promote your site FREE.

Give something to get something in return. Write good articles that are worth publishing, and people will vote for it (instead of banning it)

Posting your articles on Digg is an advantage not a right. You abuse it and they ban you. Simple
