Well right off the bat, the site takes a good while to load. I'm not russian, so I really can't read anything on the site, heh. It seems like the only thing on this site is just links to articles? Is that the main purpose of the home page? To show the most recent articles and what not? The design is a bit basic, imho. The articles in the center could use some section decoration, instead of just the links. Maybe a hover effect when the article is hovered over? And I don't just mean the text. There should be a new <div> for each article.
