site approval for adsense

I had started putting adsense ads on my webpages after getting
approval from Google. Now, as I am adding more and more pages
in the originally approved site, do I have to get approval
every time I add new set of pages with a new topic ?

I hope not. I haven't asked for approval for my new pages but I make sure they aren't contravening the program policies or terms of service.

You have got (and must have) only one adsense account. You can use it for all your sites.

No , you don't have to report all sites. Just make sure they all are within google's TOS

no you don't have to tell they, you can use the same account for as many sites as you with

just dont click on your own ads of break the TOS cause once they boot you, you can never ever get another account
